NHTV Breda Game and Media Open Days

Thursday 10 - Saturday 12 March 2016 - NHTV Breda opens its door to British and Irish students who are interested in studying Game and Media programmes at the University. You and your family only need to pay your flight tickets to Breda. NHTV Breda will pay the rest, including 2 hotel nights, breakfasts, dinners and other activities.

For whom?

NHTV Breda is running the IGAD Open Days for prospective Game students and the IMEM Open Days for prospective Media students on the same days.

IGAD Open Days is only for those from UK and Irelands who have already started the application process (Studielink, assessment, application package). Friday 11 March will be used for the intake assessment/interview for the International Game and Architecture Design programme.

IMEM Open Days is open to all UK and Irish students interested in the International Media and Entertainment Management programme. You don't need to register in Studylink.

Event timings and outline

Thursday 10 March

You travel to Breda at your own expenses and should arrive there no later than 4.00 pm, so you will be on time for the welcoming dinner that evening.

Friday 11 March

IGAD and IMEM will organize a day during which you will get a good impression of what the study offers. You will find out what it is like to study at IGAD and IMEM and meet some current students (so you can hear them out). During this day other international students will arrive in Breda for NHTV's International Orientation Days. In the evening there will be one big dinner for all the international students in the city. After this dinner you will be able to experience student city Breda yourself.

Saturday 12 March

All academies of NHTV will open their doors to all domestic and international interested students. That day IGAD and IMEM will not offer a set program for you, but of course we would love to welcome you at our  Open Day as well.  The program ends today. We then hope you will have experienced NHTV, Breda, IGAD and IMEM in a positive way  and go home to Ireland full with inspirations and study plans for the future!

Venue

NHTV will offer you 2 hotel nights (including breakfast) and two night dinners, you just have to pay your own journey to Breda (the Netherlands).

If you wish to bring along your parent(s), then they are more than welcome to come over as well. They will likely use the Friday to walk around in the city center of Breda and that might even convince them more to let you study in Breda.  They will definitely enjoy the Open Day and it gives them a chance to question NHTV on matters like finances, housing, quality of education in person during the Open Day.

Just bear in mind that NHTV offers free hotel nights and dinners only to students.

Registration

To register for this event, please complete this online form before 26 February 2016.
