The one-year Master's degree programme in Marketing concentrates on marketing strategies and customer behaviour. It explores the strategies and methods that companies use to meet the wishes and requirements of customers. Companies need this type of information to be successful.
In this programme you will analyse consumer and business markets, investigating markets of both goods and services. The focus will be on profit-making organisations, but the public sector and non-profit organisations will also be studied.
The programme is taught by specialists with an international reputation. Courses are of high standard, and high standards are expected of students. In most courses, theory is applied to practice. There are also plenty of opportunities for studying abroad.
The programme offers two profiles: Marketing Management and Marketing Intelligence.
It is also possible to do a Double Degree programme in Groningen and Oslo: Marketing Intelligence and Strategic Marketing Management. In this two-year Double Degree programme you will earn two recognized EU Master's degrees.

After completing this programme, you are well-suited for a career in marketing. You are qualified for a range of positions in all kinds of organisations: strategic marketing expert, customer relationship manager, market researcher, product or brand manager, database analyst or market intelligence expert. It is also possible to enter a PhD programme at a university or carry out research in other research institutions.
