Business Administration
Course Description
Are you looking for an internationally-oriented programme in business administration with an emphasis on management, culture and organisation? Then the Business Administration (BA) is exactly the study programme for you.
While other business administration programmes focus on economics or technology, the Radboud business administration programme focuses on studying social processes in organizations. The accent is on how social processes affect the behaviour in and of organizations, and how they impact the performance and the realization of organisational goals.
You will learn how to analyse organizational processes and to investigate how social developments have an influence on them. BA pays attention to the influence of cultural norms, values, rituals and customs on management and organizations. For instance, during your studies you will have courses like 'Cross-cultural Management', 'International Business Ethics, 'Organization and Environment'. In order to gain international experience, you will engage in a study abroad for six months in the third year of your study. You will take the courses of your choice within the discipline(s) that interest you at one of our partner universities. Or if you like, you can also do an internship abroad at a multinational or international organization. Whichever choice you make, this experience will provide you with the perfect opportunity to gain international experience and prepare you for a future international career.
